Mollie Burns Keith, G.G.

Mollie brings more than three decades of experience in fine jewelry, diamonds and gemstones to her practice. A Graduate Gemologist of the Gemological Institute of America and a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers, she provides independent appraisal, estate advisory and fine jewelry services to private clients, attorneys, fiduciaries and financial professionals.

Her career began in the Jewelry Department at Christie’s, with experience in New York, London and Hong Kong, followed by Vice President, Senior Jewelry Specialist positions at Christie’s in New York and Los Angeles and at Bonhams in Los Angeles. From 2006 through 2023, Mollie was President of Burns Keith Inc. in Beverly Hills, specializing in the appraisal, acquisition and sale of fine jewelry, diamonds and gemstones. During her years in Southern California, she also consulted for Christie’s, Bonhams, John Moran Auctioneers and Julien’s Auctions, and was entrusted with the estate tax appraisal of Elizabeth Taylor’s jewelry collection.

Now based in Wilton, Connecticut, Mollie continues her practice through Burns Keith LLC, working regularly in New York City while maintaining longstanding client relationships in Southern California. This allows her to offer clients personalized, personalized, independent advice along with access to important jewelry markets and resources on both coasts.
